&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the details provided, according to your description, it seems that your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be stuck in boot mode, so in order to fix it, you need to get access via console, using two connections one is for console access using the USB to type C cable (the USB will be connected on your computer and the type C on your ICX7150 Switch) now the second connection will be an Ethernet cable from your computer to the out-of-band port on your ICX 7150 Switch) don't worry the next guide explains the port location&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ns and there are pictures about it, however I will advise performing a hard factory reset first, let me add the steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1:&lt;/STRONG&gt;Factory reset:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When all the system LEDs blink green, all the configuration data are erased and the switch is returned to its factory configuration. When all the system LEDs are solid green, the erase process is complete and the system reloads. Once reloaded and the SYST LED is steady green, the factory reset is complete.&lt;/P&gt;

After fixing the issue of the Switch booting from the wrong partition, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions primary and secondary with the switching code file named&amp;nbsp;SPS08095gufi.bin, take into consideration that is the Switch is running a code lower than 08080 you need to upgrade twice, from the code you are to 08080f and then the recommended code 08095g UFI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You recommend an app to use to scan for IP addresses, the app requires WIFI, which I don’t have because Ruckus won’t connect. When re booting I get a red power light. After a couple minutes it turns green, then other lights flash green and the system completely powers off. Again, my internet provider confirms signal is stable, but no network available. So I am completely offline, security and SmartHome connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I’m done!! I believe it’s time to write this off under the lifetime warranty and send me a new unit, perhaps we should discuss an upgraded ( higher capacity unit) something I’d be willing to pay the difference for the better unit, but if I have to take any of the actions I’ve taken already, it’s to install a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let’s try and resolve today and ship overnight&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Kinda hard to do steps without internet we are now completely confused and frustrated. Our access point on the ceiling is now all lights off, the main switch in our closet has always had power and green light when on. So no internet again today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my wife was able to download to flash drive steps as instructed, when ready to insert flash drive In switch, the access point went down, no internet to verify the switch recognized the flash drive&lt;/P&gt;</description>
