&lt;P&gt;In your case, it may be that the PoE (Power over Ethernet) is disabled /corrupted/damaged.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please perform the below commands in CLI/Console and check? Also please share the &lt;STRONG&gt;output of each command.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;enable&lt;BR /&gt;show version&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;copy flash flash secondary&lt;BR /&gt;show inline power&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;show inline power detail&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please share the output of the above commands and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>WAPs have no power</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have three WAPs in my house and all are without power.&amp;nbsp; We have the main controller which has power but nothing else.&amp;nbsp; Things I have tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Resetting the WAPs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Resetting the main controller&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Running a different ethernet cable to the WAP to see if the cable was the issue&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is anything else I should try please let me know.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Was there any power outage? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;(Please refer to the below picture)&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; There was a power outage prior to these not working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; There are lights on (upload would work, link to image here:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://imgur.com/a/ypLa1eh" target="_blank"&gt;https://imgur.com/a/ypLa1eh&lt;/A&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that link does not work let me know a better way to share it.&amp;nbsp; There is an amber light on the "SYST" and a green light on the "PWR" in the section above the usb/ethernet ports&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; It is plugged into the same outlet it has been forever.&amp;nbsp; Outlet has been tested with other electronics and I have also plugged it in via extension cords to another outlet to verify that it is not a bad outlet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the response and detailed information.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you mentioned and I can see from the picture you shared, there is an amber light on the "SYST" and a green light on the "PWR" in the section above the USB/ethernet ports. Meaning the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Basically, due to the power outage/ power spike, the switch went to a state that we called (boot mode) that is not able to boot up properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And it does not mean it’s broken or needs to be replaced 'in some cases’&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow to below steps in order to fix this issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After all, the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so I went through the process described above.&amp;nbsp; I did the reset where I disconnected and then held the button in, then reconnected to the power and got to the point where the lights were flashing, but only amber colored.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next I followed the steps to console in but I got down to the part where I have configured the switch and have connectivity but when I got to the next set of commands to enter it timed out.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It got to the part where it says "Loading" but then the next line I get in Putty is "Retry count exceeded; starting again" and I am not sure where to go from there.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas on your end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;By Console access&lt;/STRONG&gt;: If access via IP address is not possible here is a guide on how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
