      <description>&lt;P&gt;Posting again under the Lennar Homes section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Ruckus switch is slow after a recent power outage. Finding help to fix this has been extremely frustrating. And all "solutions" on these "help" pages require downloading software to then track down IP addresses and start entering code. There HAS to be a fix for the average Lennar home owner. Send me a new one that works properly. I do know how to send and receive items in the mail. But plugging into the box with a cat6 cable and entering code is not my bag. We're going on a week now with the disabled internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide an easy solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is slow after a recent power outage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apologies, as this is a software issue that will Not be covered by Hardware&amp;nbsp; warranty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there was a blackout or power outage and the switch gets rebooted because of that, most possible your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a known issue for Lennar home users.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;An identifier of this problem is that it comes out as Switch-Router in the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; -MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; - An IP address is a unique address (logical) that identifies a device on the internet or a local network like your home (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow the below steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To fix this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can try the IP address that shows in the dashboard copy and paste it into the URL if that redirects you to the login page for the ICX-7150-C12P which is the correct one if not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Eddie -- I would be very technically challenged to do all Imran notes below.&amp;nbsp; But what I did was unplug my Ruckus switch AND took all the ethernet wires out for about 30 seconds.&amp;nbsp; It seems to have rebooted properly and my internet speed is much better.&amp;nbsp; Let's see how the next 24 hours goes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've attempted all of options. Watched several of the help videos numerous times. This is so ridiculous. I've wasted another evening trying to figure out the "easy" fixes. &lt;P&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;After fixing the issue of the Switch booting from the wrong partition, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions primary and secondary with the switching code file named&amp;nbsp;SPS08095gufi.bin, take into consideration that is the Switch is running a code lower than 08080 you need to upgrade twice, from the code you are to 08080f and then the recommended code 08095g UFI.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll give it another shot. It's Friday, and like last weekend, I feel I will be spending a good amount of time trying to resolve this when I get off work and likely throughout the weekend. In the meantime, my wife cannot watch her shows, my 4 year old daughter won't get to watch her cartoons in the morning. But hey, technology right?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel like in all of the help videos, there are missing steps or assumptions that the user should already know how to do something or already have some third party software they are comfortable with. One thing is happening then all of a sudden, it jumps to everything magically being fixed. Let me tell you, it's not going that way for me. It's one road block after another.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got to love how Lennar puts these in all the homes they sell then conveniently diverts everyone to a forum to fend for themselves. It would probably take a technician 10 minutes at my house to fix the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exhausted all methods to reach my switch, either through:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;USB to C console connection - drivers will not download&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ethernet cable - drivers will not download&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unleashed wireless website dashboard - website not available&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unleashed iphone app - cannot access switch as it is "disconnected"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Putty - cannot find IP address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MobaXterm - cannot find IP address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what else to do. Lennar really screwed people with this hardware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And of course, they do not service Ruckus systems.
