    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time there is a power outage it will take at least a dozen or more reboots to get the switch to load into switch mode. This unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
