Hi,

Im trying to connect my switch (as it appears disconnected) by following one of the threads here and changing the SPR boot to the SPS boot (not sure if that's the term), and have gotten the message:

"Unable to find a UFI image copy from. Please reload master with appropriate UFI image to proceed with flash-flash copy"

This problem has been happening since I had a major power outage after a hurricane. My internet is spotty and/or non-existent.

Please help. I work from home and desperately need fluid internet connection.

Hi @Angel

Hope you are doing well !

I would like to know if you can run the following command:

enable

Boot system flash primary yes

What this command will do is force the switch to restart in the primary partition where the correct code is found.

The definition of SPS or SPR is basically the version/code that the switch runs, where it is defined by the third letter, where SPR stands for Routing SPS switching.
