trying to get to unleashed browser user interface to change login password to ruckus

Hi @leverel

Please follow the below steps to change the unleashed login password.

Go to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/user/user_changepass.jsp or scan the QR code to reset the password.
In the Change your password dialog box, enter the following information:
1. For Username, enter your username.
  
  The username must be from 1 through 32 characters in length and can consist only of alphanumeric characters, underscore (_), period (.), and Chinese characters.
2. For Password, enter your current password.
  
  The password must be from 4 through 32 characters in length. The usage of a pair of special characters "< >" (angle brackets) is limited, but you can use the characters separately.
3. For New Password, enter your new password.
4. For Confirm New Password, enter your new password again.

Click Save to save the changes.

Note: If the authentication failed three times within five minutes, the login is disabled for three minutes.

Recovery Process

Console access to the switch.

Reboot the switch with the console cable attached and press "b" until the following is displayed.
Using the following commands to remove the password

no password
boot

Set new password commands.

Enable

config t

username super password pass

Where super is the username and pass is the password

Wr mem

exit

Reload

Are you sure? (enter 'y' or 'n'): y

These are the most common credentials for the switch.

Usernames: Passwords:

admin sp-admin

super Lennar

lennar

ruckus

Ruckus!

Ruckus1

admin

password

i am using the unleash app on my iphone 6s

my only options are typical install gateway install or manage network

when i choose manage network

get do you want to remotely manage the unleashed network you are connected to?

admin username for the network ???

admin password for the network ???

Let me add the bundle we know for the Unleashed APP, however by default the builder must paste a sticker in the Switch.

In order to see the configure.me you must do a hard reset on the access points which we must follow in the above guide

Here are the steps to reset the password and username for your Ruckus Access Point on the ceiling.

Please read the following guide carefully:

NOTE If you have more than 1 Access point in your network we must disconnect it from the Ruckus Switch and only leave 1 connected in which we are going to work
