    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I attempted to switch the flash sequence via GUI and it currently says that it is using the primary flash. I reloaded it and there have been no changes. It still is acting as a router. I also did a factory reset on the access point which didn’t correct the problem either. Again, I have no access to a PC computer that runs on windows only an iPad and MacBook with no USB port. The last three solution all require a PC in order to run the TFTP server or any of the other software. What options do I have available to fix this while only having access to a mac? I don’t know what else I can try to correct this issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @Sgatjens, I have tried to fix the routing code issues multiple times for weeks via Web GUI and it’s not working. I don’t have access to a PC that runs on windows. I only have an iPad and a MacBook with no USB port. What other options are there for a Mac? I haven’t had reliable internet for 6+ months. Is there any type of phone support available?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
