    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please physically unplug the LAN cable and discharge it before checking if the AP starts up.&lt;BR /&gt;If it’s not fully discharged, it may not start up properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it lights up but does not work properly, you may need to reset and reconfigure it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry if this has already been resolved or if you already know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish you the best of luck with the recovery.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We lost power last Saturday. Our APs are not turning on after power restoration. We try to reboot controller. We have one green and one Ambar light on the controller. We have no lights on AP units installed on the ceiling. All our house controls are on this network. We are down since several days and appreciate your urgent help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Basically if the switch has one green and one yellow light, it means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the response and update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apologies, as your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck on boot mode with amber light on "SYST" and a green light on the "PWR” which is a software issue and can be fixed by software recovery process as described in previous posts. And we cannot replace the Switch without confirming if it is a Hardware issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please share a screenshot or a picture of the error you are getting during troubleshooting this issue? Also, please share the pictures of the connections you are connected with your ICX-7150-C12P Switch to the Laptop for troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/P&gt;
