    <description>&lt;P&gt;ok,do I connect the orange wire from the switch to the Spectrum router I have or where does the orange wire get plugged into from the switch?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the blue cord from the AP connected to the switch. When I try to set up unleashed from my phone it says Great! You are connected to Unleashed facgtory Wifi ... then when I hit Start I get pop up message Unable to fetch default configuration from the AP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset the AP 4 or 5 times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Lennar named wifi networks are not showing up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to connect to the Ruckus R320 and I do not see the Configure.me or the Lennar wifi networks available to connect to. I have unplugged and replugged in the power box in the laundry room. Two green lights are showing up at the Access Points first one is blinking, second one is solid, no other lights are on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the current firmware version on Unleashed APs?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;SSH into one of the APs and run below command to check if WLAN is actually deployed or not.
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;get wlanlist&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you are doing it in master AP, then first run
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;ap-mode&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;get wlanlist&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure SSID is not set to hidden.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using AP groups? If yes, you may have to verify the group settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

How do I check the firmware version?I can't get setup on Unleashed because I can't see the Configure.Me wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. How do I SSh into the AP? I have Windows 11, do I use command prompt? Do you have more detailed insturctions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. I have two AP's, does that mean I use groups?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any further details you can provide me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below steps to unhide SSID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We can access to AP GUI, do the following operation to unhide the SSID:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Configuration &amp;gt; Radio 2.4G, find what you want to hide the SSID, click it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the Broadcast SSID Section, select Enable.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and then click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Update Settings&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;,&amp;nbsp;You can find this SSID is broadcast.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We could also hide or unhide the SSID from the controller CLI using the below set of commands,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ruckus# config&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ruckus(config)# wlan &amp;lt;WLAN name&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ruckus(config-wlan)# no hide-ssid&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The command was executed successfully.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To check the configuration.me we must proceed to do a factory reset and I will leave you a guide, Please read it carefully ,for this process you must disconnect the rest of the access points if you have more than 1 Access Point, from the Switch ICX-7150-C12P and proceed with the factory reset with the access point you left / keep connected to work on this process ( Factory reset )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I unplugged the other AP's and reset the main AP and I do not see Configure.Me, I see Recover.Me network available but it is asking for the network security key. I see the Configure.Me and I tried using the mobile app to set up Unleashed and I received a message Unleashed Unable to fetch default configuration from the AP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would my next steps be?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fyi -I may have reset the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Switch ICX-7150-C12P at some point to see if that would bring the networks back up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You do not need to reset the ICX-7150-C12P is not necessary the ICX-7150-C12 provides power and data connectivity trough the ports is the only function.&lt;/P&gt;

When I try to set up unleashed from my phone it says Great!
