&lt;P&gt;Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to&amp;nbsp; USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For better understanding, please follow the below steps to confirm the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,&amp;nbsp; make sure you have no issues.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m having no connection issues. My Internet is fine. Spectrum has been out to check the speed. There’s only two lights that are on the hood of a green light and a yellow light and there is static in the plug port. I have troubleshoot it reboot it this component in the steel is no activity. No lights are on the access points either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Basically if the switch has one green and one yellow light, it means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. &lt;BR /&gt;We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I understand that the steps may be somewhat new, however, we cannot replace the chassis until you confirm that the hardware is damaged. &lt;BR /&gt;We have tried to create the guides as non-technical as possible, so that they are not difficult to follow; however, if you continue to have difficulty following the steps, &lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.&lt;/P&gt;
