    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried the system recovery and cannot ping my IP address. It states that it is not alive even though I am plugged into the switch with an ethernet cable at the out of band management port. The ethernet cable coming out of the modem is plugged into port 11. Is that the right port?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
