      <title>ICX-7150 Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and stop sending power to the APs. We have rebooted it several times, restarted the program, connected our phone to restart the program-and still, no lights are flashing! We need a new product ASAP!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to&amp;nbsp; USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the details provided. Since the console access of the switch is not responding, this unit must be RMA (return merchandise authorization) means replace it.&lt;/P&gt;
