&lt;P&gt;We support Ruckus devices for Lennar home clients, so will be the R510 Access Points and the ICX7150 Switch, if the cable is damage to can test by changing the cable.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Ring and the Ethernet cables are not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke with ring they said I need to contact the HOA. They think the cable is bad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;also Wi-Fi is working but not the Ethernet cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is beyond our scope since,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;we only provide the devices but we are not in charge of the installation or wiring , you can contact Lennar builder or some technician 'as the third party' to check the wiring correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
