      <title>Ruckus switch not showing in the dashboard</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ruckus switch is not showing in the dashboard, does this mean the switch is not working ? Tried adding manually, but I am not sure of IP address. When I run the IP scanner, showing two AP IP's but not finding the Switch IP I guess. Any suggestion how to add switch to dash board first. Then I can continue debug the rest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In order that the Switch can be added to the Unleashed Dashboard for monitoring must be running the code 08090 minimum, now please confirm you have a ICX7150 Ruckus Switch, because there are some Lennar houses with other brands, and that the Switch is not showing does not mean that is not working, just that is not associated, and you can not manage the Switch from Unleashed Dashboard is for monitoring and should appear in the IP scanner as long you are connected to the Switch via wire or wireless to the unleashed network.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You need to gain access to the Switch, if you are having issue with the IP address, try via console and upgrade the Switch to the code 08095g, upgrading both partitions to the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, you can run the &lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;show version&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; commands to confirm if your version is lower than 08080, and if that is the case you need to upgrade twice from the code you are to 08080f using the Image file SPS08080f.bin and the boot file named&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;spz10114.bin, the from 0808f to 08095g UFI using only the image file named&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;SPS08095ufi.bin &lt;/STRONG&gt;for both partition primary and secondary.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;1:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Try t find the Switch IP address, by wiring the computer to the Switch(hope windows) use any of the yellow ports&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I do see the switch in the IP scanner but not in unleash. When try adding in the unleash, it says disconnected. It says "Failed to ping ICX XXXX. Suggest checking the network"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; give 10 minutes after changes, if it does not join, hit add from the Unleashed dashboard, if you run show log, you will be able to see the Master IP trying to indicate a SSH session into the Switch.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;those commands are not to enable PoE in the Switch, now I confused, because at the begging you contacted us became the ICX Switch was not showing in the dashboard (so this mean that your Access point were powering up), now you are telling me that, please clarify what is your problem now.&lt;/P&gt;
