      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our internet is not working properly after power outage. Streaming and video calls are impossible. I've read through a similar situations on your forum and trying to fix the code. I've connected my 2015 Macbook Air directly to the switch with a USB type C cable,&amp;nbsp; downloaded the driver for Mac, and then started to enter commands in the Terminal. &lt;P&gt;If there was a blackout or power outage and the switch reboot because of that, most possible your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a know issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An identifier of this problem is that it comes out as Switch-Router in the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An IP address is a unique address (logical) that identifies a device on the internet or a local network like your home (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1- To fix this issue, we must identify the ‘currently’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-We can try the IP address that shows in the dashboard copy and paste it in the URL if that redirects you to the login page for the ICX-7150-C12P that is the correct one if not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave you a guide how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;From Switch perspective, the Access Point speed cable negotiation is OK(1G), also you are running Switching code in the Switch, so the speed here will not be the issue, now we need to confirm which a speed test what source of your issues, take also into consideration that we depend on the ISP router, so if this unit is dropping all the internet will drop, please follow up the next steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;1:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Do not reload or reboot the Access points or the Switch anymore, it's not necessary.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;2:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Run the command show log from the switch and share the results.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;show log&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;3:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Wire a computer with an Ethernet cable to the Switch and run a speed test, you can just type speed test in google any option will work, use any of the yellow ports in the Switch. Finally, share those results.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;3. I'm working on finding an usb to ethernet adapter to connect it to my computer. Do I keep my computer connected to the switch with the USB to C cable when I connect it with ethernet cable or unplug it and connect it with ethernet cable only?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;with the interfaces where are connected the Access point and the ISP router one by one,I want to check the uptime of each. - My computer skills are good enough to&amp;nbsp; follow step by step instructions (preferably with pictures). I don't understand how to check the uptime and what that means.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. I tried all the combinations it doesn't let me in. if the Lennar technician who came to our house 2 years ago changed it - we don't remember the new password. Is there a way to change password? &lt;P&gt;If you want to test the on the port you can keep the USB type C console cable&amp;nbsp;or remove it depends on you if it is more comfortable for you , but what you need is an Ethernet cable that goes from the Switch to the PC and that &lt;STRONG&gt;Wi-Fi&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;should be disabled&lt;/STRONG&gt; to do the wired test.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4-The Passwords are sensitive key&amp;nbsp; please try the following :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;username: admin password: Lennar &lt;BR /&gt;username: admin password: Ruckus1 &lt;BR /&gt;username: admin password: Ruckus!&lt;/P&gt;
