&lt;P&gt;As of November 2022, Ruckus support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. We will be exclusively supporting customers through this support model community forum, please do not post personal information in this public community forum, based on your description, it appears that your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the wrong partition, you can confirm this if after connecting a computer directly to the ISP router those problems are not present, so factory resetting the access points is not going to solve the problem, let me add the guide to solve the problem, however, please confirm if your ISP router does not have those problems, because if it does, you will need to contact your ISP first.&lt;/P&gt;
