It shows in the available networks on my WI-FI but it won't allow me to join it. The 5G light on the AP is green most of the time but sometimes goes to orange and then back to green. I've tried turn off/on the power on the switch but that doesn't help. How do I get the 5G to broadcast again? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the 5G radios&amp;nbsp;LED light is green means there are devices connected using this signal type, however when is orange just means that there are not clients connected, but is being broadcasted, by default the SSID/Wi-Fi ID will broadcast both radios, and your devices will choose what signal they prefer to use, also you can check what signal you devices are using in the clients session and confirm if your&amp;nbsp;SSID/Wi-Fi ID have enabled both radios as well, now if your issue is different please describe.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ok, so your issue is not related to the 2.4 or 5G signal, based&amp;nbsp;on your description, it looks like your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the wrong partition, let me add the guide to fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the router/switch issue a year ago and a tech was about to fix it remotely for me. I believe he also fixed the partition issue for future reboots so my Switch is currently in switch mode and not router mode.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;R650 access point&amp;nbsp; unleashed version (updated version )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;issue is&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2.4 and 5 ghz radio is enabled but some of the clients only connecting in the 5 ghz radio and most of them are connecting in the 2.4 ghz radio , if they are standing directly below the ap also they are connecting in 2.4 ghz only why? what is the reason ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;in&amp;nbsp; their existing ap quantum all the users are using 5ghz then why cant they connect in ruckus r650 kindly clearify this issue asap&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
