      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently purchased a Lennar Home with a Ruckus Wireless System. I had to hook up my new Wi-Fi&amp;nbsp;Service then attempt&amp;nbsp;to establish a connection from my Ruckus System (via CAT 5 Cable) to my Wi-Fi&amp;nbsp;Modem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, my Wi-Fi service provider customer support technician&amp;nbsp;said he could NOT help me with the Ruckus Connection because I did not have the Ruckus account or serial numbers to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does any have any recommendation how I can resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Unleashed system should be plug and play, by default Lennar configure the system for you, they should give you a pamphlet or in the Cabinet, you may have a sticker, now a regular connection between the modem and the Switch will not work, because it is required to run two protocols DHCP (for IP address assignment) and NAT (for translation of local private addresses to the internet), and these protocols can be run by a router, let me add a guide of the possible setups.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Basically Yellow light means no clients connected to these bands , so as soon as you connect a device to the WiFi/WLAN/SSID created the lights should change depends on the radio that the PC or phone use to connect to the Wi-Fi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is the meaning of each light&amp;nbsp;on the Wireless Access Point&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Yellows light 2.4G: Radio is up, no clients are connected to the 2.4 GHz radio.&lt;BR /&gt;Yellows light 5G: Radio is up, no clients are connected to the 5 GHz radio.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, if there is a device (iPhone) that is using the 5G radio, the light on the Access Point will be turning green on the 5G radio indicating that there is a client/device using that radio (5G)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;More details for the radio 2.4G and 5G&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A 2.4 GHz connection travels farther at lower speeds, while 5 GHz frequencies provide faster speeds at shorter range. What depends on whether to use 5g or 2.4G will depend on the end device (such as phones/pc/ring door/Mac devices/iPhone) They choose whether to use 2.4g or 5g auto. It will also depend on the network (Wi-Fi / SSID / WLAN ) configuration if it is 2.4 or 5G only.&lt;/P&gt;
