    <description>&lt;P&gt;We need help with figuring out the username and password for the Ruckus Switch that was installed by the Builder Lennar. We were provided a username and password when we moved in but do not have it with us as it is 3 years since. We had a power failure and the Ruckus is not working and hence all the Amazon products &amp;amp; Wifi connected to it do not have any power. Our internet is through Spectrum and we're using the wifi through the wifi router connected directly to the Modem. Please let us know how to recover the username and password to the Ruckus so we can update it as per the process in the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ruckus ICX 7150-c12p box issue, smart devices such as the AP not working. Need help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;We were provided with the Ruckus ICX 7150-c12p box when brought the new home from Lennar. Our Internet is through Spectrum and we have always been having issues with the Ruckus as many of our smart devices are connected through Ruckus. Usually when there is a power failure the Ruckus would restart in 2 to 3 days and the smart devices and wifi would work after that. With the recent power failure the Ruckus wifi is not up and also the smart devices do not power up.. Please help with this issue as we are not tech say&amp;nbsp;at all&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Most often the default password for access points and ICX - 7150 - C12 P are username : admin password :&amp;nbsp; Lennar / username: admin password : Ruckus1 / admin: admin password : Ruckus! / username: super password : sp-admin&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note&lt;/STRONG&gt; : This is sensitive to the keys so it must go with the capital letters indicated&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Admin usernames and passwords for the Ruckus Wi-Fi Access Points/Switch for Lennar home users&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you want to reset the Access Point ( white box on the ceiling )&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Read the following guide carefully, you must disconnect the other access points from the Ruckus Switch by disconnecting the Ethernet cable and only leaving 1 connected in which you are going to work the factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you want to process a factory reset the ICX-7150-C12P default password is&amp;nbsp; ( username:super password : sp-admin )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1.Start a CLI session over the serial ( console access) interface to the RUCKUS ICX device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2-Enter OS mode. This uses a key combination and drops below the fastiron operating system&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Key Combination: Ctrl+y, release, tap 'm', tap 'Enter'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OS&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4-just write reset&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OS&amp;gt;reset&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5-.While the system is booting, before the initial system prompt appears,&lt;BR /&gt;enter b to enter the boot monitor mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Enter 'b' to stop at boot monitor: 0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In this Part you have to press B before the counter ends&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;6-Enter no password. (You cannot abbreviate this command.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ICX7650-Boot&amp;gt; no password&lt;BR /&gt;00 00 00 00&lt;BR /&gt;OK! Skip password check when the system is up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7-Enter boot. This command causes the device to bypass the system password&lt;BR /&gt;check.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ICX7650-Boot&amp;gt; boot&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8-After the console prompt reappears, assign a new password.&lt;/P&gt;
