      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I am a Lennar owner and have been on the community. I found an item which matches my problem exactly. It says I need an RMA and that the unit is dead.&amp;nbsp; There is no way to connect to it without power. What do I do?&amp;nbsp; It is a ICX 7150 C12P.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you please attached a picture/photo of that that the ICX - 7150 -C12 P is not powering up&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try that the photo includes the outlet where the cable that goes to the switch can be seen.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm no power on, on the unit and is totally dead (no lights at all , This unit Should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post and paste it into the chat to start unit replacement.&lt;/P&gt;
