      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ICX 7150-C12P unit has to replaced again due to power loss in the home. My R150 units are not receiving power "PoE" from the main switch. This has happened to me once already and is very frustrating. I have power cycled both the routers and the ICX, as well as reset (little reset button, hold 10 seconds while powering on) the ICX multiple times. What are the new steps to getting the unit switched out? Thank in advance? Also what are recommendations to prevent this in the future&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Basically, due the power outage/ power spike the switch went to a state that we called (boot-mode) that is not able to boot up properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That does not mean is broken or need to be replace 'in some cases'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted so in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3-We need to access (physical) using one of the cables to the ICX-7150C12P mentioned on the below guide:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once we are there, we can try to boot up the unit using the following commands:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Boot_primary&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;Boot_secondary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I've&amp;nbsp; tried the reset part already and I don't have the resources/time to to all that computer/downloading flash drive stuff, it is VERY complicated. Who can I take the box to fix that? &lt;P&gt;Username:admin password: Lennar /&amp;nbsp;Username:admin password: Ruckus! /&amp;nbsp;Username:admin password: Ruckus1 /&amp;nbsp;Username: super password: sp-admin /&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While you type the password you won't see that you don't type (it's like hiding) just write it down and press enter&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5-.While the system is booting, before the initial system prompt appears,&lt;BR /&gt;enter b to enter the boot monitor mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Enter 'b' to stop at boot monitor: 0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In this Part you have to press B before the counter ends&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;6-Enter no password. (You cannot abbreviate this command.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ICX7650-Boot&amp;gt; no password&lt;BR /&gt;00 00 00 00&lt;BR /&gt;OK! Skip password check when the system is up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7-Enter boot. This command causes the device to bypass the system password&lt;BR /&gt;check.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ICX7650-Boot&amp;gt; boot&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8-After the console prompt reappears, assign a new password.&lt;/P&gt;
