    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new router from Verizon in hopes that it would improve the internet issues in my town home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router is installed but will not connect to Ruckus. The Ruckus is still connected to the old router.&amp;nbsp; Can you please help.&amp;nbsp; I have tried everything.&amp;nbsp; I have called seemed to get no help.&amp;nbsp; Its been not working correctly, and Im out of ideas.&amp;nbsp; Can you please give some guidance of a phone call to walk me thru steps to fix this issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>
