    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed out my internet provider and need to update my ruckus. I have everything set up and have repeatedly done a factory reset with the AP, but it won’t trigger the configuration Wi-Fi for me to process the set-up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I’d prefer to set-up the ruckus to connect via Wi-Fi rather than be hardwired, is that possible? (I do have it hardwired currently but can’t get it set up)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Normally when you change the ISP, you should have to do any changes to your Access Points, now can you confirm that you got a router from the new ISP instead of a regular modem, you can even share the model, so we can help you to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;
