&lt;P&gt;Can you confirm if the Switch have the next&amp;nbsp;Symptoms, Switch&amp;nbsp;will not provide power to any PoE devices (Doorbell, cameras, even the Access Points), Will&amp;nbsp;not have connectivity to the devices connected to the Switch,&amp;nbsp;System light will be yellow/orange/Amber and&amp;nbsp;The&amp;nbsp;ISP router will work fine, please follow up the next guide.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ok, please connect the Switch directly to the power outlet if the issue persisted, sent us a picture while the switch is connected to the power outlet and there are no lights.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;Contact us via chat, comment that you already have a post that we have approved the RMA for you, copy the link from this post and paste it into the chat to initiate the unit replacement.&lt;/P&gt;
