      <description>&lt;P&gt;the unleash app installed and is working, but it shows a pending switch:&amp;nbsp;Icx7150 c12 router no device connected. &amp;nbsp;When I clicked it, it asked username and password, I use “super” and “sp-admin” they are still sowing the information of the pending switch…. It seems the laptop connected to the AP; but my iPhone can never connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how to solve the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If there was a blackout or power outage and the switch reboot because of that, most possible your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a know issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;An identifier of this problem is that it comes out as Switch-Router in the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The IP address is a logical address assigned by your local router (ISP) to the device (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1- To fix this issue, we must identify the IP address of the switch 'currently'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-We can try the IP address that shows in the dashboard copy and paste it in the URL if that redirects you to the login page for the ICX-7150-C12P that is the correct one if not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave you a guide how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Look I am a physician I just got into my unleash app and found that the ICX thing is not working. I don’t have any background to fix this&amp;nbsp;issue. When I clicked the device in my Unleash app it is asking me for user and password and I don’t have it. The only event that happened before the outage was back in &amp;nbsp;May 2021 when ATT came to install my internet service. I need to fix this because despite the ATT speed test is working fine my internet is not performing as it should. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If from the APP the Switch it shown as ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch is because after the power outage the Switch is booting from the wrong partition, let me add the guide to fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What is your internet provider? It looks like it's a wrong IP address. I know AT&amp;amp;T has something like IP passthrough that sometimes messes up the addressing of devices.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet provider is ATT and when I go to that IP address a windows pop up from rackuten asking for login but ANY Of the options provided worked out to get into the switch / router setup&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I highly recommend you to disable IP passthrough from AT&amp;amp;T side, because the addressing (IP address) of the network will not be correct and may create some problems on the network.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since I bought this apartment I haven’t had any issues. After the recently power outage this happened. I have no clue about how to disable the Switch/Router and the problem seems to be that is acting like a router and not as a switch. Something that have to be change in the setup. This is a Rackuten device. And I have been dealing with this for many days and I can not get into the setup. I consider that I don’t have to disable anything but have the support enough to fix the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok. Someone from suppor called Yare nis wrote yesterday not only these set of user and password but many other combinations. None of them worked and these that you provide me didn’t work either. I just did the reset of the device as you indicated. And all the amber were blinking for a good minute and just stopped now. I can see an amber light on SYSTT and tren light on power. Now what ???? This is really time consuming. It should not be that complicated at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
