I have seen a few other posts about this issue that were more technical but I could use the step by step on how to connect to the ruskus system and update the firmware or whatever the fix is for this problem.

For Lennar deployments, we recommend upgrading to 08.0.95g (UFI), which is the validated stable firmware version for these users.
