will upgrading to UFI on Ruckus switch delete all manual IP data

I am experiencing the same issue as everyone. intermittent dropping of service due to the switch rebooting every 30min with a flashing SYST light. I am hesitant to perform factory hard reset because I have manually assigned IP data to accommodate hard wired security footage and DVR. will upgrading the switch to UFI also erase all my stored IP and Wifi Data?

Hello Mwollak05,

Thank you for posting.

No, upgrading will not delete the ip address config (it shouldn't delete any config).

It might delete it if you upgrade from switching image to routing image, so just make sure that you upgrade from switching to switching. You'll identify the switching image by looking at the third letter of the software image: SPS.
