topic Ruckus Dropping Signal in RUCKUS Support for Lennar Homes

I have a ruckus ICX 7150-C12P and wireless access point that keeps dropping signal so I cannot use my Alexa products or Ring. I can connect to my wifi router and the connection is stable there. I have tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in, different power sources, etc. I also had the wifi company come out and get me a new wifi router just in case that was the problem. Is there a way to get help or a replacement?
