&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I see you have 2 RUCKUS access points that have no lights at the moment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;As part of the troubleshooting, have you tried swapping their Ethernet cables? You can try with a different spare cable or at least swap them between the 2 APs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;"&gt;Also, if they are connected to a RUCKUS PoE switch, have you tried moving their connections to different ports of the switch and see if there's any reaction? Please let us know.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Once we confirm there's power activity on the APs, we can proceed with further troubleshooting steps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My unit has no lights and I am unable to reset it using a paperclip.&amp;nbsp; I need to know what to do next as I can not get the cover off.&amp;nbsp; I have two units with zero lights and the unleashed app does not recognize my credentials.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
