      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using the ICX7150-C12P switch from October 2018 and I noticed today morning device has no power and no lights. All my smart devices are down. I tried restarting the switch by disconnecting the power cable and ethernet connections but no luck. please help on this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As a result, this&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
