    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my device is is a&amp;nbsp; ICX7150-C12P-2X1G&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the devices were working fine since 2018 until about 6 months ago.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There are 3 amber and 1 green light blinking synchronously.&amp;nbsp; the three black cables to the right are flashing amber and the first white cable to the left of the black cables is flashing green.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_3777 (1).jpeg" style="width: 640px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/17184iA9C202E6C337D365/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="IMG_3777 (1).jpeg" alt="IMG_3777 (1).jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the switch LED status and cable connections shown in your photos, the RUCKUS Switch appears to be functioning normally.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;However, it is possible that the switch ports have entered a disabled state, which would prevent them from supplying power to the Access Points (APs).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As a first step,&lt;/STRONG&gt; please disconnect the Ethernet cables connected to the APs from their current switch ports and reconnect them to any other available ports between 1 and 12 (refer to the screenshot below). Once completed, please check whether the APs receive power.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
