&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#FF6600;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Can you see the SSID/Wi-Fi ID?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#FF6600;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Are you able to connect, but with slow connectivity?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Power looks to be on. I cannot connect to my wifi, it doesn’t even come up as an option on my phone. I have tried unplugging everything, turning it on and off again, and have even called my internet provider to have them restart it. Nothing is working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
