I am also able to confirm that connectivity is still intact from the ISP. The lights are all green. I wanted to also show video from the AP devices, but I am having trouble getting the video to a JPEG format from my phone. All of the AP have the CTL solid green and the Power light flashing green, about a blink every second or so.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, please try &lt;STRONG&gt;unplugging the Access Points (AP) Ethernet cables from their current switch ports&lt;/STRONG&gt; and reconnecting them to any other available ports within the&lt;STRONG&gt; 1–12 range&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(refer to the screenshot below).       <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a scan of the network via the recommended PC tools. However, the manufacturer section was mostly blank so I am unsure how to identify the ICX device. I did take a screen shot, but did not want upload that information to a visible board.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
