      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Android app has not been updated since the release of Unleashed 200.19. After updating to 200.19, when I click any Wi-Fi network, the app drops to the login screen, and I have to log in again. And the process repeats. I cannot control networks with it now. Can you please fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I am surprised by this generic response. OK, I cleared the app's cache and data. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it didn't help. The first screen of the app after I log in shows a list of WLANs. When I click on any WLAN, the app crashes and takes me back to the login screen. If I do it several times in a row, Android says "The app keeps crashing" or something like this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go to other screens with lists of APs or clients and click on them, the app functions normally. It only crashes when I click on WLANs. And this is the most used functionality for me. I use it to enable and disable certain WLANs as needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android version is 16. The device is the Pixel 9 Pro. The app was updated on Feb. 24, 2026 last time. You seem to realize that it doesn't work properly with Unleashed 200.19. Please update the app. What's the point of the app when you suggest using a web browser to manage Unleashed? And yes, all APs were updated to 200.19.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried on a Pixel 6a and the behavior is absolutely the same. I don't have any other device to try. But it's obvious the Android app has an issue. Previously, often an Unleashed update was followed by an app update. Please update the app. I am surprised that no one else has complained about it. But you should read app reviews on Google Play. Sort them by most recent. Most recent complain about the app crashing. Hopefully, you will be able to replicate the behavior and fix the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;well then count me in.&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung s24 ultra and running the beta app 16.157.5&lt;BR /&gt;same behavior as pointed out. I didn't even get to the wifi points screen as it immediately goes back to login screen and Google says it crashed due to bug after a few tries. also at first it complained about the app needs updated but in Google play store there is no update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>For me I couldn't make a new wifi network before. Now that there's an update to the app i can open the app and when I try login it says there's an update for app first. Clicked on it and landed on Google playstore but no update available. Go back to the app and ignore update. Put in login details/ fingerprint and it tries to login but something crashes and it goes back to main screen. Click on manage network, login again, same thing over and over. After 3 or 4 tries i get a popup from Google saying the app stopped working due to a bug. Reinstall, wiping cache , leave beta program etc nothing worked. It was working fine before latest beta update, only thing i couldn't make a new wifi network only could turn it on or off and change it's parameters. Also I 'upgraded' before to the new cam system and app still ask if I want continue to login with cam and when click it ask to make a new login for me. Hope that makes sense.</description>

Login was working on this before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Running ruckus R850 on 2.5gbit poe+, R350 and R510 on 1gbit poe. One of the R510 is Master. Wifi 4,5 and 6 works OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit2: acces granted to file&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>try going in the web interface on master, ip address or the webadres &lt;A href="http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com" target="_blank"&gt;http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;make a new wifi network. delete it. open each wireless network and change anything I.e. change name or setting. save it. revert the change and save. now logout and see if the app works now.</description>

      <description>Sanjay,&lt;BR /&gt;It works. Can see my R510's have firmware 200.15 now. Firmware update also wasn't working properly before. Lots of try and error, but now it fast and working. Thank you for your time to adres this issues.</description>
