When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible.&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;1. No power outages occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. The big switch box and the living area access port have high frequency ringing. The noise is awful!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. We have two access points on ceiling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Some time there are no lights on access ports. You will see in photos from this morning there were no lights, but right now there is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;5. I have a photo of the high frequency being emitted from the r Ruckus systems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;6. The big box has Amber and green lights&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. I think my serial number is FEK3831R13H&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It should be connected to one of the ports in the 1–12 range. Kindly reconnect the cable to the appropriate port.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
