I have a 6 year old Lennar home in Austin, Texas. The Ruckus device is easily disrupted by thunderstorms. Sometimes there have been partial lights lit up. Now there are no lights lit on the device. There should be local technicians I can hire to help with this device. Is there? In the meantime what are the next steps to get this device working. Thanks

To proceed, could you please help me with the following information?

When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Please log into your RUCKUS Account before uploading these photos/screenshots.
