      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to attach the video but it won't accept my file.&amp;nbsp; I converted it from MOV to accepted formats but this system keeps saying the file is too large.&amp;nbsp; I edited the video to 9 seconds.&amp;nbsp; It won't accpet a zip file.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure what else to do.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
