      <description>&lt;P&gt;recently we have switched to fiber internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after we connect Ruckus directly to the ONT, the internet goes on and off all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there any setting change that is needed for direct connection to ONT?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sure. will upload the image. right now in order to prevent the on and off, I added an old modem between the Ruckus and ONT and that helps to make the internet stable. However, i really want to make it work by connecting Ruckus directly to the ONT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so for the image you'd like to check, should I remove the modem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) the on and off situation is only when I connect the ICX switch directly to the fiber wireless ONT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) when I added an old modem the internet works fine and stable, can i confirm that the modem is connected to one of the 12 ports on the ICX switch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) the question is what shall i do to fix the on and off issue that is specifically when connect the ICX switch directly toward the fib internet ONT&lt;/P&gt;</description>
