      <description>Hi Imran, thank you for your prompt response to this matter and I am looking forward to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. I purchased my Lennar Smart Home back in 2018. I hardly if any, ever had to interact with control panel, unless, I had to do a hard reset on the ISP box. However I can't pinned down the exact date that the ICX stop functioning. Through some research though, the last time that I was able to turned off my Lutron Lighting via Alexa was around October 8th or the 18th of last year, if this is any indicator. Everything else that runs off wifi still works. However I decided to get to the bottom of why my Lutron Lighting quit work and that's exactly what I tried to do this past Sunday and I discovered that the ICX box was not working. I also found out that the switches were also not working. No lights, no light blinking everything blank. As for the ICX box there was no lights on that box either. I called Rukus, this past Sunday and they told me that they no longer handle these cases and referred to the Community Forum. I tried some of the examples given over there to try and troubleshoot. Each time I try to reset, the light would flash green for a split second and then nothing. I tried countless times each time giving that 15 seconds after plugging back in..what else do I need to do from this point?</description>
