&lt;P style="margin-top: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; color: #333333;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for the details provided, according to your description, it seems that your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be stuck in boot mode, so in order to fix it, you need to get access via console, using two connections one is for console access using the USB to type C cable (the USB will be connected on your computer and the type C on your ICX7150 Switch) now the second connection will be an Ethernet cable from your computer to the out-of-band port on your ICX 7150 Switch) don't worry the next guide explains the port locations and there are pictures about it, however I will advise performing a hard factory reset first, let me add the steps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the quick response and clarification. I thought it was either/or. I reset my switch for about the 10th time this time holding it down for a full minute instead of 10 to 15 seconds. Finally my AP have repowered and are working again. Any idea why this could be the case. 2nd time in 2 days that after a power outage and many resets it finally randomly worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly is there anywhere that you guys have a detailed diagram of what the flow should look like and specifying which ports we should be using. We have the main ports I know but there are the 2 ports to the left and then the additional 4 to the right that I have no idea what they should be used for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly, would you still update given I am now back up and running? 2 years ago a rep had to provide me with the proper image as the reboot was going to the wrong image (secondary should have been primary) and that resolved the next few power outages but now we are back to square 1 it seems. Every power outage we lose the power to the APs&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;1-Great to hear that !!! that now your Switch is back !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This happens because the switch can't load the images correctly, that's why it goes to this boot mode, as we mentioned we can try the reset sometimes it doesn't work, so we have to proceed with the Software recovery, this is the most appropriate step, but We include all the steps because we know that the reset is the easiest option to try and does not need any additional cables.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have attempted the reboot twice.&amp;nbsp; Both times, I got all the lights to flash amber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both times the system has continued to blink yellow for 24+ hours and never turned green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And as expected, still no power or activity at the point of access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not a programmer and the instructions for software recovery are useless to someone not familiar.&amp;nbsp; Additionally, why would a system need to have a software reload everytime that the power is lost!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide a fix or do I need to purchase a system that is actually reliable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, terminating a open issue ticket without feedback does nothing but make your closure times look falsely rapid.&amp;nbsp; Not everyone can attempt to fix the system in &amp;lt; 24 hours and close their ticket!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Basically by upgrading to the 8095g version recommended by the Ruckus website and we avoid this problem, but to recover the switch we must do the software recovery process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Effective&amp;nbsp;November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.&lt;/P&gt;
