      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My RUCKUS Switch was working properly before POE stopped working on all ports. No power outages at the time it stopped working. I've already trouble shoot all port with othe POE devices and still not working. Cycle the switch with no change. I had to install couple of power injector so I can get power to my access points. Every other device that's not POE is working properly and showing green and amber for devices of 100mb.</description>

However, please try &lt;STRONG&gt;unplugging the Access Points (AP) Ethernet cables from their current switch ports&lt;/STRONG&gt; and reconnecting them to any other available ports within the&lt;STRONG&gt; 1–12 range&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(refer to the screenshot below). Once completed, please check if the Access Points gets powered on via RUCKUS Switch PoE.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have already tested each port with each access point. The only way that i was able to get them to work was to use a power injector.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have other power-e switches, which I tested and that's how I found out the POE ports were not working</description>
