      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;RMA for a replacement unit under the manufacturer's warranty&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I’m Jose Gabriel Contreras a Lennar homeowner, and this device is installed at my primary residence&amp;nbsp; which I purchased from Lennar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am reaching out to report a critical hardware failure on my ICX 7150-C12P switch (Serial Number: FEK3845Q2E5). The unit now displays a solid amber SYST LED and has completely lost PoE power and data connectivity. After carrying out a thorough diagnostic using the Serial Console (CLI), I have determined that the internal NAND flash memory is physically defective and cannot be recovered via software.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here are the main technical findings,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; both PuTTY logs and the status LEDs as evidence:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Multiple physical bad blocks were detected using the `&lt;STRONG&gt;nand bad&lt;/STRONG&gt;` command at addresses 0b400000 and 0b600000.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Attempts to boot from either the primary or secondary partition consistently &lt;STRONG&gt;result in ECC read errors and a NAND read failure (-22).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- The system is unable to load the operating system and returns a "&lt;STRONG&gt;Bad FIT kernel image format&lt;/STRONG&gt;" error, which points to physical memory corruption.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Given that the device is in a non-functional state due to&lt;STRONG&gt; hardware-level memory defects&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I kindly request a formal RMA for a replacement unit under the manufacturer's warranty.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Dear Ruckus Support Team,&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Im a Home Lennar Owner and this is my primary house.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;using the Serial Console (CLI), I have determined that the internal NAND flash memory is physically defective and cannot be recovered via software&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Technical Findings (See Attached Screenshots):&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;· NAND Bad Blocks: The command nand bad reveals multiple physical bad blocks at addresses 0b400000 and 0b600000.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;· ECC Read Errors: Attempting to boot from either the primary or secondary partition results in ecc_errors and a NAND read failure -22.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;· Kernel Corruption: The system is unable to load the operating system, returning a "Bad FIT kernel image format" error due to the physical memory corruption.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Device Information:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;· Model: ICX 7150-C12P&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;· Serial Number: FEK3845Q2E5&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The device is in a non-functional state and cannot be recovered via software due to these hardware-level memory defects. I request a formal RMA for a replacement unit under the manufacturer's warranty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have attached the PuTTY logs and photos of the status LEDs as evidence. I look forward to your prompt response with the next steps for the replacement.&lt;/P&gt;
