    <description>A while back I updated my access method from my "social login" to the CAM method. Today I logged in and accessed my access points to reboot then, but ever since I haven't been able to get back into the network. Each time I try to log in I receive an error message saying "Request Failed with status code 500".</description>

&lt;P&gt;The error “Request Failed with status code 500” usually indicates a temporary issue with the Unleashed web interface service rather than a problem with your login credentials.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please try the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Access the Unleashed interface using an incognito/private browser window or try a different browser.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Attempt accessing the interface using the Master AP’s IP address instead of the hostname.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the issue persists, please power cycle the Access Points, wait about 3–5 minutes for the Unleashed to fully restart, and then try logging in again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue still occurs after these steps, could you please let us know the &lt;STRONG&gt;firmware version currently running on the Unleashed system?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
