&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you have changed the modem from your Internet service provider and are facing issues logging in to the Unleashed network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please confirm if you have connected the new modem to one of the 12 ports of the Switch?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, please share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
