      <title>Issue with Ruckus Switch and Extender</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not get internet through the Ruckus Switch. I restarted the device but of no help. The extenders also do not work as I keep noticing that they are on and off quite frequently. Looks like the Switch is not functional. Issue began recently.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible.&amp;nbsp;Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt; Attached pics for your reference.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. You can verify this by connecting to your local router's Wi-Fi or through an ethernet cable from the router to a laptop/PC. &lt;STRONG&gt;Internet connection is stable with no issues as I verified by connecting my Laptop directly to modem.&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;All the ethernet ports in the house are also not working (verified) like before.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. How many access points are currently connected to the switch? &lt;P class="lia-align-justify"&gt;Based on the cabling and the current LED status, the RUCKUS Switch appears to be in a normal state. However, please try &lt;STRONG&gt;unplugging the Access Points (AP) Ethernet cables from their current switch ports&lt;/STRONG&gt; and reconnecting them to any other available ports within the&lt;STRONG&gt; 1–12 range &lt;/STRONG&gt;(refer to the screenshot below). Once completed, please check the functionality.&lt;/P&gt;

Please unplug them and reconnecting them to any other available ports within the&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;1–12 range&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(refer to the screenshot below). Once completed, please check the Aps and internet after sometime.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Ruckus switch and AP's were not detected by the software. Tried all the remedies suggested by them. I verified all 12 ports on the Ruckus switch by connecting the ethernet cable to my laptop for internet but failed. Looks like the Switch is not working now to begin with. Also one of the AP indicator light is not ON (Not showing Green color) and I guess it is not working too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried that what you mentioned in earlier response and also mentioned that the software was not detecting the Ruckus Switch and AP's IP addresses (my recent response). All other devices which were connected to Modem were detected by the software (Advanced IP Scanner) except Ruckus devices.&amp;nbsp; This is the reason why I could not do the troubleshoot (Step 2).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Verified after checking with different ethernet cables and with laptop ethernet connection. The issue still persists.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As a result, this&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
