      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried multiple power cycles, tried with several other power outlets, and tried to do the reset serveral times. None of them worked. Please look into this as soon as you can. I have several devices connected through this switch and none of them is working without the switch. I appreciate your kind help on this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
