      <title>Replacement R510</title>

      <description>Hello Ruckus Support Team,&lt;BR /&gt;I am requesting assistance with what appears to be a hardware failure on one of my Ruckus R510 access points (installed in a Lennar home). The second AP in my home is functioning normally.&lt;BR /&gt;Problem Summary&lt;BR /&gt;My R510 boots with PWR solid red light but:&lt;BR /&gt;CTL blinks slow (1 second interval) indefinitely&lt;BR /&gt;2.4G and 5G radios never turn on&lt;BR /&gt;AP never obtains a DHCP address&lt;BR /&gt;AP never broadcasts a Configure.Me SSID&lt;BR /&gt;AP does not appear in Unleashed (Master AP is online and functioning)&lt;BR /&gt;Factory reset attempts do not change behavior&lt;BR /&gt;Troubleshooting Completed&lt;BR /&gt;Swapped APs between known-good PoE ports&lt;BR /&gt;→ The good AP works in both locations&lt;BR /&gt;→ The faulty AP fails in both locations&lt;BR /&gt;Verified switch port, PoE, cabling, and wall jack (all confirmed working)&lt;BR /&gt;Performed correct 12-second factory reset multiple times&lt;BR /&gt;Power-cycled PoE switch and AT&amp;amp;T gateway&lt;BR /&gt;Attempted forced recovery reset (hold reset while powering on)&lt;BR /&gt;AP never completes boot sequence and never initializes its radios&lt;BR /&gt;Conclusion&lt;BR /&gt;This R510 appears to have a hardware-level failure consistent with known radio/flash issues reported for aging R510 units. My other R510 is healthy and functioning.&lt;BR /&gt;Request&lt;BR /&gt;Please advise on:&lt;BR /&gt;RMA or replacement options&lt;BR /&gt;Whether this R510 qualifies under Ruckus’ Limited Lifetime Warranty&lt;BR /&gt;Any additional recovery steps you would like me to attempt&lt;BR /&gt;Hardware Info&lt;BR /&gt;I checked warranty and it has a lifetime warranty.&lt;BR /&gt;Model: Ruckus R510&lt;BR /&gt;Serial Number: Will provide one you respond&lt;BR /&gt;Deployment: Lennar home, residential&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your assistance — I have done extensive troubleshooting, and this unit appears to be non-recoverable.</description>
