Ruckus APs Not Broadcasting WiFi After Cox Fiber Install (Lennar Home)

Just had Cox fiber installed in our Lennar home. The main Ruckus box has lights and all cables are connected, but the access points aren’t broadcasting WiFi. What’s the correct setup to get the APs working with fiber?
