&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the response shared, I understand that your RUCKUS Switch is facing slow speed issues,.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the pictures you shared, it seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot. Please unplug the ethernet cable and plug it into the correct port then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;(unplug and plug from the power outlet)&lt;/STRONG&gt; and try to connect to the Internet via Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;It should be plugged into one of the 12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ethernet Cable Quality&lt;/STRONG&gt;: The quality of the Ethernet cables used to connect the Access Points to the Switch (e.g., Cat5, Cat5e, or Cat6) can affect performance. Sometimes, defective or substandard Ethernet cables between the ISP Router, RUCKUS Switch, and RUCKUS Access Points may cause speed limitations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Interference from Other Devices&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Many household electronic devices, such as microwaves, baby monitors, security cameras, garage door openers, and cordless phones, operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency, which can cause interference and reduce Wi-Fi speeds.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

I kindly request that you uninstall the Unleashed app, reinstall the latest version available, and then attempt to log in again using your credentials.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello Pinky,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for the follow-up. As I mentioned before, the only issue occurs when I try to check the firmware version using my username and password. However, when I sign in using the CAM option, I don’t have this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can work around this app issue for now.
