      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem with the swtich is that there is no traffic. There is just an amber light in the SYSTE led and green one on the one next to CLD. So i tried to connect the switch via serial cable. Tried with different baud rates but some strange letter and symbols start to appear (Images attached). I tried to reset the switch but same happens. So, i was not able to connect via serial cable.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, yes i was using a Windows computer and tried to connect using Putty software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did the same on MAC that is my regular basis and i was reading in many forums about it. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;One Ethernet cable&lt;/STRONG&gt; (RJ45 to RJ45)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;One USB-to-Type-C cable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
